The best strength equipment - the fitness room in the company

In addition to cardio equipment, strength equipment forms the basis of every fitness room. The right mix of high-quality equipment and free weights is important so that each of your employees gets their money's worth during training, regardless of fitness level and preferences. FirmFit offers equipment from leading manufacturers such as ATX, Precor and Tuff Stuff. We can transform even the smallest room into a fully equipped fitness room.

Training equipment for the basic exercises

The basic exercises in weight training are bench presses, shoulder presses, lat pulldowns, rowing, squats and deadlifts. These should be feasible in any fitness room - either with free weights or on training equipment. Provided they have sufficient training experience, your employees are guaranteed a balanced workout. Supplement the range with additional equipment, such as the tricep machine from Precor. Or set new training impulses, for example with vibration plates. Wall bars are perfect for stretching after sport.

Single, dual or multi-station

The Multistation offers a variety of exercises on a single piece of equipment. In a small room, a comprehensive workout is possible with just a few machines. Multistations are ideal if only a few of your employees use the fitness room at the same time.

Two exercises can be performed on the same machine at dual stations (for example, training biceps and triceps or lat pulldowns and rowing). The advantage over single machines is obvious: you only need half as many machines but still have a fully equipped fitness room. However, there may be waiting times if the gym is very busy.

The FirmFit tip: Dual stations offer the best price-performance ratio for most companies!

The top equipment in the fitness room is of course individual stations. They offer the highest level of comfort during training. Each fitness machine is specially designed for one exercise. There are no waiting times and each athlete can train at their own pace. However, single stations also require more floor space and are more expensive to purchase than dual stations.

03.
Strength equipment or free weights

Preferably both!

If there is not enough space, strength machines are the better choice. In machine training, the machine provides the biomechanical path. This makes coordination easier, allowing inexperienced athletes in particular to concentrate better on the exercise. The risk of injury is minimized. Training without a training partner is also safer: if the muscles suddenly fail and no help is available, the risk is greater when training with free weights.
